Information We Gather and Track

FieldHouse Marketing Research gathers some contact information about respondents when they fill out the "Contact Me" form on our website or otherwise request to be included in our Respondent Database. This information is then supplemented with additional demographic and consumer-habit information during the initial Pre-Screen, which usually takes place over the telephone.

The Pre-Screener requires respondents to provide us with contact information (e.g., name and telephone number), demographic information (e.g., zip code, age, income level, etc.), and other information related to interests, hobbies, and product/technology usage. We track this information so we can contact respondents regarding studies for which they have the greatest chance to qualify. We also summarize information about respondents to develop statistics ensuring that the respondent Database is representative of the general population. Finally, we use this information to pre-qualify panel members for future market research reports that target certain demographics (male vs. female, age, etc.).

Contact information is used only to communicate with the respondent when necessary for legitimate research reasons. The communications that respondents will receive from FieldHouse Marketing Research will concern:

bulletOpportunities to participate in our surveys
bulletProject-specific instructions and information once the respondent has agreed to participate in a study
bulletFollow-up communications regarding quality assurance and validation of respondent participation

Respondents will never receive communication from any third party and may opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time; please see the Opt-Out Policy section below.
